Shawn Neville, Chief Operating Officer of SALMON Health and Retirement, recently advanced to Fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators.
Fellow is the highest membership status in recognition of professional achievement and continuous adherence to the ethical and professional standards of ACHCA. Fellowship requires a record of continuing professional education, formal education, community service, at least two years of voting membership, and a dedication to the post-acute and aging services community.
Shawn began his journey in the healthcare industry 25 years ago as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the same facility his mother worked as a nurse. He has worked at a multitude of senior living facilities before joining SALMON Health and Retirement in 2017.
When reflecting on his recent advancement in the American College of Health Care Administrators, Neville is grateful for the recognition of his work.
“Reaching Fellow level with the American College of Nursing Home Administrators is an immense honor that fills me with an overwhelming sense of pride and gratitude.
