My passion for hospitality can be traced back to growing up and traveling throughout Asia. I was struck by the warmth and kindness of the people, so I took my passion for hospitality and made a career out of it. I have over twenty years of experience working in many different capacities for companies like the Four Seasons, Rosewood, Kimpton, and Hilton throughout the United States. I joined SALMON Health and Retirement as I am excited to bring my passion, experience, and knowledge to the Medway community, and to share it with all the residents and staff. My commitment is to make every residents’ experience the very best it can be.
I’m proud to work with an organization that is family-run and truly family-focused. I have many years of experience in sales and marketing in the senior living industry as well as in the real-estate and hospitality realms. My customer service skills and ability to create lasting relationships have helped me be successful in the field. Getting to know residents and understanding their experiences and stories is my favorite aspect of the profession.

Throughout my career in senior living, I have loved building meaningful relationships, orchestrating unique events, and ensuring that every Resident feels heard and cared for. My passion for working with seniors was ignited at age 15 when I volunteered in the geriatric unit at Norwood hospital. After college, my first job was to plan activities for Residents in a long-term care community. I am passionate about serving seniors and their families today, 38 years later; I get to make a difference every day. With SALMON, I feel encouraged to grow personally and professionally while being aligned with my purpose of building strong, trusting relationships.
My passion for the senior living industry began at 14 when I first worked at an assisted living community. Over the years, I have grown in my career from being a CNA to a Nurse, to Memory Care Director, and now Resident Care Director. My priorities for Residents have consistently been their safety, security, dignity, and sense of purpose. Family is very important to me. As a family-owned business, SALMON’s welcoming atmosphere is palpable in our community.
I am dedicated to enhancing the lives of our Residents by offering a variety of daily opportunities for physical activity. With over six years of experience as a Fitness Director in the senior living industry, I am passionate about inspiring our Residents to stay active and social, which boosts their longevity and quality of life. I feel very fortunate to create tailored fitness programs at SALMON at Medway, where I can utilize amenities such as our saltwater pool, cold plunge, fitness center, and miles of outdoor hiking trails. It is so rewarding to see our Residents thrive!
