My passion for hospitality can be traced back to growing up and traveling throughout Asia. I was struck by the warmth and kindness of the people, so I took my passion for hospitality and made a career out of it. I have over twenty years of experience working in many different capacities for companies like the Four Seasons, Rosewood, Kimpton, and Hilton throughout the United States. I joined SALMON Health and Retirement as I am excited to bring my passion, experience, and knowledge to the Medway community, and to share it with all the residents and staff. My commitment is to make every residents’ experience the very best it can be.
I’m proud to work with an organization that is family-run and truly family-focused. I have many years of experience in sales and marketing in the senior living industry as well as in the real-estate and hospitality realms. My customer service skills and ability to create lasting relationships have helped me be successful in the field. Getting to know residents and understanding their experiences and stories is my favorite aspect of the profession.
I have been part of the Salmon team for over 6 years. I am in a hybrid role here in Medway. I am both the HR Manager as well as the Business Office Director. I consider it to be my sole purpose to help both residents and employees with any issues they may have. Helping people is my passion. I love my job and coming to work every day is a privilege.

My mother is having a great experience at Beaumont. The therapists have worked with her regularly, the staff has been kind, consistent (no turn over) and very caring with her. The recreation staff also keeps the activities fun and engaging. They truly know all the residents and look out for them.

Whitney Place at Natick has been 5 star for the entire 4+ years that my father has lived there. My mom has enjoyed her life in the Willows for almost ten years! I think that she became several years younger when she moved in. It is truly a community of friendly residents and caring staff. There are activities of all sorts, for all sorts. There a variety of trips that come up during the year and some excellent outside entertainment is provided.
