Home Health Agency and Visiting Nurse Services Right in Your Home

Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) services in MetroWest and Central Massachusetts

SALMON Home Care offers Visiting Nurse Association services and senior care with swift response times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our community-based home health agency is ready to care for your needs — managing a chronic condition, after you’ve been hospitalized, following a rehab stay or treating an injury. Your home health care should be as unique as you are. We work with your physician to provide you with the nursing, rehabilitative, social work and specialized care you need.

To be eligible for our VNA services, we have a few requirements:

  1. You must live in one of the communities we serve.
  2. You must be considered “homebound,” meaning it is difficult for you to leave home for healthcare services in your current condition. Note: This is not required by all insurance carriers.
  3. Your physician must confirm the healthcare services being requested are medically necessary.

We are extremely happy with the care and compassion shown at Whitney Place. The staff is very friendly and seems to have less turnover than other facilities. They have plenty of activities and they highly encourage participation. The Site Director/Manager is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Whitney Place to anyone looking for a top notch assisted living facility.

My mom has enjoyed her life in the Willows for almost ten years! I think that she became several years younger when she moved in. It is truly a community of friendly residents and caring staff. There are activities of all sorts, for all sorts. There a variety of trips that come up during the year and some excellent outside entertainment is provided. It is a relaxed, home town comfortable community.

Whitney Place at Natick has been 5 star for the entire 4+ years that my father has lived there. Both the nursing home and the assisted living are staffed with professional, compassionate and caring caregivers. We have benefitted from the continuum of care the facility provides. We are extremely pleased with our choice of Whitney Place at Natick to provide a home for our father.

Beautiful buildings. Very clean, bright and well-maintained. The apartments are very big and spacious for one person. The big windows let a lot of light in. Lots of activities to keep the residents busy.

So impressed with the memory care unit at Beaumont in Northborough! My mom is a resident there now, and from the very first impressions of the facility and staff to the first hand witnessing of care that I have seen given to my mom, I am so happy that we were able to secure a place for her at this facility.
