Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Centers at Northborough, Westborough and Worcester have all been named among the best nursing homes in the country by U.S. News and World Report.
The renowned media company named the communities top nursing homes using a number of measures including state-conducted health inspections, amount of nurse staffing and measures of medical quality as part of its annual review of nursing homes across the country.
All reviewed nursing homes received either “high performing”, “average” or “below average” ratings for both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation. Communities earning a high performing rating in either category earned status as U.S. News-trademarked Best Nursing Home.
“We are thrilled that once again, several of our communities have earned these honorable distinctions from U.S. News and World Report,” said SALMON Health and Retirement Director of Operations Ed Blake. “We are so proud of the effort the staffs at these communities have contributed to our mission of providing the highest possible quality of care in the state.”
