For over 20 years, I have thoroughly enjoyed engaging with and assisting SALMON residents in various ways. Starting in recreation, my role evolved from recreation director to wellness director and then from community sales director to director of sales. The supportive environment at SALMON Health and Retirement offers staff members and residents so many opportunities to thrive. I'm glad to share the enriching qualities generated in this warm and comfortable setting with those considering the independent living lifestyle.

I am thrilled to join the Whitney Suites community in Westborough. With nine years of experience in Senior Living, I am passionate about creating a safe and vibrant environment where our residents can truly age in place. I find great joy in getting to know the residents and their families, and I am committed to serving them with the utmost care and dedication. I look forward to contributing to the exceptional standard of care that SALMON is known for and working alongside such a dedicated team.

I have enjoyed working for SALMON Health all my adult life! Planning and providing Residents with the best program is our Team’s goal. Our Engagement team is so talented and has so many wonderful ideas. Whitney Place Engagement team provides Residents with Physical, Occupational, Social, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual well-being. These are an important part of everyone’s life. Our Residents have an opportunity to participate in a wide array of programs daily. We strive to meet the needs of all our Residents' physical, and cognitive levels, and personal interests. Our signature programs include but are not limited to; Resident Council, Daily Exercise Groups, Active Games, Walking Club, Homemakers Club, Current Events, Daily Brain Games, Bird Watches Club, Ageless Artist, Calling all Cooks, Lunch Bunch, Live Music Programs, Lectures, and Educational Groups, Pet Visits, Spiritual Groups, Fresh-air-Friends, BBQ’s, Wine Pairing Classes, Flower Arranging, Gardening, Zentangle Classes, Painting Classes, Resident Trips, Birthday Celebrations, Holiday and Theme days.

I love being part of Team SALMON! I have over 30 years in food service. I have worked for this organization for over 14 years as the Director of Culinary. I started working in long-term care, and now work in assisted living. I have come to know so many staff, residents, and their families, to which I give kindness, love, and support. I feel privileged every day that I’m able to meet with families and learn about their loved ones who are considering our Assisted Living Community here at Whitney Place in Westborough. Making the decision to start the conversation is not always easy for families and I am humbled to be welcomed into this process. Working at Whitney Place allows me the chance to hear thoughts and ideas, fears, and challenges families are facing in this decision. Being able to work as a team and provide resources and guidance creates wonderful connections felt throughout our campus. Collaborating with my team daily gives me a sense of pride, together we strive to create opportunities for our residents to feel independent, successful, and happy. Our residents and their families make our community a home and I love being a part of it. In my free time, I love to travel, cook, be active, and spend time with family and friends.
