Drawing from over 25 years of executive leadership in senior healthcare, my journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of healthcare dynamics in the skilled-nursing and assisted living settings. In addition to my leadership roles, I have contributed to industry advancements, participating in healthcare policy discussions and fostering partnerships that promote innovation and improve efficiencies. Along with our dedicated staff, I am passionate about driving positive outcomes and fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes resident well-being and organizational success at the SALMON Northborough campus.

My mother is having a great experience at Beaumont. The therapists have worked with her regularly, the staff has been kind, consistent (no turn over) and very caring with her. The recreation staff also keeps the activities fun and engaging. They truly know all the residents and look out for them.

Beautiful buildings. Very clean, bright and well-maintained. The apartments are very big and spacious for one person. The big windows let a lot of light in. Lots of activities to keep the residents busy.

My mom has enjoyed her life in the Willows for almost ten years! I think that she became several years younger when she moved in. It is truly a community of friendly residents and caring staff. There are activities of all sorts, for all sorts. There a variety of trips that come up during the year and some excellent outside entertainment is provided. It is a relaxed, home town comfortable community.

We are extremely happy with the care and compassion shown at Whitney Place. The staff is very friendly and seems to have less turnover than other facilities. They have plenty of activities and they highly encourage participation. The Site Director/Manager is very responsive and helpful.
