Beautiful buildings. Very clean, bright and well-maintained. The apartments are very big and spacious for one person. The big windows let a lot of light in. Lots of activities to keep the residents busy.

I am excited to be part of the SALMON team. Drawing from over 25 years of executive leadership in senior healthcare, my journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of healthcare dynamics in the skilled-nursing and assisted living settings. In addition to my leadership roles, I have contributed to industry advancements, participating in healthcare policy discussions and fostering partnerships that promote innovation and improve efficiencies. Along with our dedicated staff, I am passionate about driving positive outcomes and fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes resident well-being and organizational success at the SALMON Northborough campus.
I consider it an honor and a privilege to help guide people considering a transition to assisted living, and the trust families place in our team through the process is never taken lightly. Having worked on the SALMON at Northborough campus over the past several years, I’ve come to know so many wonderful residents and those close to them. Together, we make connections that give Whitney Place assisted living the warmth of home.
I am thrilled to be a part of an organization that values caring for others. My extensive background in marketing and sales in the retail industry, as well as personal experience with my own father who previously lived in Beaumont at Northborough, provides me with a skillset to best understand the needs of families and residents. I have a deep understanding of how important choosing a health and retirement community is, and I’m glad to offer my knowledge and experience.
I have worked in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care for many years and my experience includes CNA, Staff Nurse, Staff Development Coordinator, and Administration. The reason I have taken on the role of Director of Nursing for the last 10 years has been to make a difference in elderly lives and be a voice for my residents. I am happy to be an employee of Salmon and look forward to achieving goals with my nursing team while caring for our residents at Northborough.
