Flexible Private Care Options From SALMON Home Care
- Do you have specific medical needs? We develop personal care plans for each individual patient, supervised by our experienced nursing staff.
- An example of a short-term need would be if you’re making the transition from a hospital stay or rehabilitation to your home.
- An example of a long-term need would be if you have an ongoing health concern such as Alzheimer’s disease or other form of dementia.
Residents and their families who previously received senior care at one of our SALMON campuses in Medway, Natick, Northborough, Westborough or Worcester often decide to arrange private care with us. It’s part of our Continuum of Care that helps seniors age in place and transition smoothly through life as their needs, abilities and interests change.

When you welcome someone into your loved one’s home, you want to be sure they will take good care of them. That’s why we screen all of our senior caregivers, verify certification and conduct employment authorization and criminal background checks. All of our home care professionals are bonded and insured and receive ongoing training and supervision while employed with SALMON Health and Retirement.

Executive DirectorI have dedicated my career to senior advocacy. As a licensed physical therapist, I have spent over 20 years working in home health with a focus on providing care in assisted living facilities. My passion for life -long fitness and adapting exercise programs to fit the needs of our aging population has been at the center of my work. I moved into post-acute care administration in 2016 and have worked with hospital systems, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and physician groups to help patients age in place safely. After many years of working for a large national company, I’m thrilled to be a part of a local, family -owned company in Salmon Health and Retirement. Their reputation is unmatched, and I’m excited to continue the tradition of bringing high quality care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.
