If you need care for yourself or a loved one after a hospitalization or injury or due to a chronic condition, SALMON offers post-acute care at Beaumont at Northborough.
You or your loved one work with our staff and caregivers to identify and achieve your rehabilitation goals. A responsive, trained team of registered therapists provide highly personalized care and support needed to heal. Available seven days a week, our on-site services include physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT) and speech language therapy (SLP). Additional services can be arranged, including audiology, eye exams, dental services, podiatry and psychiatry.
If you have a complex medical issue, Beaumont at Northborough also offers short-term care while you make more comprehensive plans for SALMON’s Home Care services. Your care plan is established, monitored and changed as appropriate for the best outcome and earliest discharge possible.

My mother is having a great experience at Beaumont. The therapists have worked with her regularly, the staff has been kind, consistent (no turn over) and very caring with her. The recreation staff also keeps the activities fun and engaging. They truly know all the residents and look out for them.

Whitney Place at Natick has been 5 star for the entire 4+ years that my father has lived there. Both the nursing home and the assisted living are staffed with professional, compassionate and caring caregivers. We have benefitted from the continuum of care the facility provides. My mom has enjoyed her life in the Willows for almost ten years! I think that she became several years younger when she moved in. It is truly a community of friendly residents and caring staff. There are activities of all sorts, for all sorts. There a variety of trips that come up during the year and some excellent outside entertainment is provided. It is a relaxed, home town comfortable community.

We are extremely happy with the care and compassion shown at Whitney Place. The staff is very friendly and seems to have less turnover than other facilities. They have plenty of activities and they highly encourage participation. The Site Director/Manager is very responsive and helpful.
