I am honored to serve the residents, families and staff of SALMON at Westborough. Working in the health industry for more than 10 years, I am passionate about providing exceptional care and building relationships with residents. I'm thrilled to be pursuing my passion as a member of the SALMON family.

I owe it to my grandmother for guiding me towards my passion of working in senior living. We shared a close bond, and now because of her, I am extremely passionate about integrating older adults into such a vibrant and social atmosphere. It brings me so much joy building relationships and watching new residents thrive in such a highly reputable, family-run organization.

After a long career in software sales, I was seeking the opportunity to do more meaningful work. I was attracted to the senior care industry based on my parents’ positive experience in their continuing care community. After completing extensive coursework and an exam, I earned my Certified Senior Advisor certification and joined SALMON Health and Retirement shortly thereafter. I am honored to be guiding prospective residents and their adult children as they make decisions impacting their health and happiness.

I’m excited to be a part of the SALMON at Westborough team dedicated to helping our residents and community thrive. The leadership team encourages new ideas and goes the extra mile for our current and future residents. No two days are the same. Connecting with people and providing guidance to families, who place their trust in our teams, while they transition to a new chapter in life is something I look forward to each day.

Providing entertainment, celebrations, fun and educational activities, local day trips and extended adventures abroad for The Willows at Westborough residents for over 20 years has been rewarding. I encourage residents to live every day to the fullest by making real connections with each other, the community and me. Realizing that this role was the perfect fit for my career was instant and has been a true joy.

My passion for working with seniors started years ago when I taught a class for individuals with various health conditions. I realized I wanted to help people manage their health conditions in natural ways through exercise and wellness. I joined The Willows at Westborough as the Director of Health and Fitness after having worked as a fitness specialist for another senior living community for 13 years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology and am certified in a variety of health and wellness modalities. I’m grateful for the connections I’ve made with residents and staff alike. The SALMON community feels like family.

I have been happily employed by SALMON Health and Retirement for 6 years in the position of Director of Culinary Operations. I came to Salmon after a successful 30-plus years in hotels, restaurants, and senior living. My devoted team and I pride ourselves on the complete dining experience. “Farm to Table” and sustainable menu development ensures the highest quality of offerings. Our continued goal is to exceed the expectations of our customers, with theme dinners, special buffets, and happy hour gatherings.

I am in my 24th year at SALMON on the Westborough campus. It has been a pleasure to work with so many residents, family members, and staff over the years. I have a lot of fond memories of so many folks who have lived on this campus during my time here. It gave me the opportunity to hear so many stories from the years that I was not born yet. I look forward to being able to continue to assist all of our residents, family members, and our staff in the years to come.
