Nicole Croteau began her career with SALMON in 1992 and earned her BSN/RN from UMass Amherst in 1997. Over the past 25 years, she has held key leadership roles across the organization, including Director of Nursing Services for several Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing communities and Nurse Manager within a Tapestry Memory Care neighborhood. Since 2021, she has served as Director of Clinical Services and Co-Lead of The SALMON Advisory Center, guiding families through important care and lifestyle decisions with compassion and expertise. Nicole takes pride in helping people find the right care—whether that means moving into one of SALMON’s communities or receiving services at home. Her connection to SALMON is both professional and personal: her husband served as Director of Culinary at Beaumont at Northbridge, her daughter has worked in Culinary and Engagement roles at The Willows and Whitney Place, and her grandmother called SALMON home for nearly a decade.

With more than 30 years of experience in senior living and rehabilitation, Kim Salmon brings both clinical insight and deep compassion to her role as Vice President and Co-Lead of The SALMON Advisory Center. She began her career as a staff physical therapist at Beaumont at Westborough, later helping to open the Northbridge and Worcester campuses before serving as Director of Rehabilitation Services and ultimately advancing to Vice President. Kim’s passion lies in helping families make sense of the often overwhelming healthcare system, listening to their concerns, explaining care options, and guiding them toward solutions that meet clinical, financial, and social needs. She values the creativity and dedication of SALMON’s staff, crediting their long-term commitment as the true heart of the organization. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
