Fabulous place. My parents, are living independently in a 2-bedroom apartment. The food and services are great. No need to worry. They are safe and happy.

Our experienced Home Care team is ready to share with you and your family the many ways we can meet your changing needs, wherever you call home.
I have dedicated my career to senior advocacy. As a licensed physical therapist, I have spent over 20 years working in home health with a focus on providing care in assisted living facilities. My passion for life -long fitness and adapting exercise programs to fit the needs of our aging population has been at the center of my work. I moved into post-acute care administration in 2016 and have worked with hospital systems, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and physician groups to help patients age in place safely. After many years of working for a large national company, I’m thrilled to be a part of a local, family -owned company in Salmon Health and Retirement. Their reputation is unmatched, and I’m excited to continue the tradition of bringing high quality care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.
Our Home Care team is always looking to add caring, compassionate individuals to our volunteer group. Volunteers typically spend 1–2 hours per week with a hospice patient, providing companionship and often times relieving a caregiver.
Some common tasks include:
Free training on how to be a hospice volunteer will be provided, along with ongoing continuing education and support.
