Beautiful buildings. Very clean, bright and well-maintained. The apartments are very big and spacious for one person. The big windows let a lot of light in. Lots of activities to keep the residents busy.

Our supportive and caring team is ready to share the many ways we support our residents’ needs with a personal approach in home-like environment.
With a passion for ice hockey from a young age, my early participation in team sports instilled the values of teamwork, mentorship, and collaboration. Drawn to building relationships and being of service, I pursued Hotel and Hospitality Management by earning my degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Later transitioning to senior living from the hotel industry was a natural choice. I get to foster relationships with residents every day and look forward to nurturing these connections for years to come. I’m proud to lead a team committed to service and excellence, motivated by exceeding the needs and expectations of our residents. At the end of the day, our residents’ happiness and wellbeing is what matters most. When not at work, I love spending time with my wife and our two young sons.
When I was twelve, my Papa was a Resident with Beaumont at Northborough. I remember him telling me at his bedside, “Sophie – I think you belong working in a place just like this.” I took what he said to heart. I graduated college from UMass Amherst with my BSN and began working as a Registered Nurse. After working for SALMON as a PCA and an RN, I was offered the Clinical Director position in 2021. At The Willows at Worcester, I’ve discovered my passion for long-term care. My favorite thing about working for SALMON is that I am able to build relationships with our beloved residents every day. I consider it a privilege and joy to offer my support and knowledge to those who are in need.
