Beaumont at Westborough, a SALMON rehabilitation and skilled nursing community, provides a setting for residents who need significant medical care, support with performing typical daily activities and a safe environment to call home.
A responsive team of registered therapists provide highly personalized care seven days a week to help you achieve your rehab goals. Our Beaumont at Westborough caregivers and staff include physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs) and speech language therapists (SLPs). Additional services may be arranged, including audiology, eye exams, dental services, podiatry and psychiatry.
Our goal is to provide comprehensive care that not only addresses immediate health needs but also prepares residents for a smooth transition back to their homes. After a stay at our facility, we can facilitate you to SALMON Home Care services. This ensures that the care received in our facility can extend into the home environment, promoting a full and effective recovery.

It is an honor to be a part of the SALMON Health and Retirement family. I am passionate about working with residents and staff members of skilled nursing communities, having worked as an administrator and executive director for 24 years. My experiences have allowed me to better understand careful, consistent compliance with state and federal regulations, the ins and outs of budgeting and staff recruitment and retention. Most of all, I’m most proud to be providing the best care possible to our residents.
My mom has enjoyed her life in the Willows for almost ten years! I think that she became several years younger when she moved in. It is truly a community of friendly residents and caring staff. There are activities of all sorts, for all sorts. There a variety of trips that come up during the year and some excellent outside entertainment is provided. It is a relaxed, home town comfortable community.

They have plenty of activities and they highly encourage participation. The Site Director/Manager is very responsive and helpful.
