COO Shawn Neville Interviewed by Skilled Nursing News About New Role and Beginnings
In an interview with Skilled Nursing News, SALMON Health and Retirement’s Chief Operating Officer Shawn Neville first started working as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a skilled nursing facility 25 years ago. Shawn credits his upbringing and experience as CNA for his passion in the industry.
In his new role, Shawn is looking to re-establish the basics and continue prioritizing providing high-level care to the community.
“It’s about continuing to do what we do best, and that is providing care,” said Neville.
