Beautiful buildings. Very clean, bright and well-maintained. The apartments are very big and spacious for one person. The big windows let a lot of light in. Lots of activities to keep the residents busy.

With a passion for ice hockey from a young age, my early participation in team sports instilled the values of teamwork, mentorship, and collaboration. Drawn to building relationships and being of service, I pursued Hotel and Hospitality Management by earning my degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Later transitioning to senior living from the hotel industry was a natural choice. I get to foster relationships with residents every day and look forward to nurturing these connections for years to come. I’m proud to lead a team committed to service and excellence, motivated by exceeding the needs and expectations of our residents. At the end of the day, our residents’ happiness and wellbeing is what matters most. When not at work, I love spending time with my wife and our two young sons.
I bring many years of marketing experience to The Willows. It’s a great feeling working as a sales counselor with such a fine team of professionals, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere here. As a “people person,” the very best part of my day is getting to know our residents personally, as well as introducing new faces to our extraordinary retirement living community. The entire staff work together to provide the highest level of customer service, allowing residents to feel entirely comfortable (and delighted) with their decision to move to The Willows.
As someone who is heavily involved in my community, the SALMON name is synonymous with high quality and community values that are second to none. Blending my strong sales background with my passion for working with seniors was a perfect fit and made me ecstatic to be a part of the SALMON family. I enjoy getting to know the residents and building relationships. I am truly fortunate to be able to do that in this family-focused organization.
I have been at The Willows at Worcester since we opened and can’t even imagine working anywhere else! I love the variety in my role here, as Director of Resident Service, from planning programs, resident-driven in-house groups, clubs, and special events. I also enjoy researching and coordinating all our off-campus trips and adventures. It is a role in which you can work directly with our Residents on a daily basis and build great relationships.
I've had the pleasure of working with our retired senior community of Salmon Health at the Willows of Worcester since 2020. I have a very fun and diverse role from being the Fitness & Wellness Director, keeping our population fit and moving, and offering all different types of fitness classes. Being able to take groups on exciting trips for fun treks in nature is so rewarding. Offering ceramics classes as well as other types of creative arts and lastly setting up our very own "Willows Gallery" with lots of beautiful and artistic exhibits and great ideas from our residents! I love being involved in all that interests our residents and finding inclusive ways to make fun for everyone!
I draw from extensive culinary experience in both restaurants and senior living communities. With a nutrition background from Framingham State University and a Culinary Arts Degree from Johnson & Wales University, my passion lies in serving seniors. Leading an 80-person culinary team, I place immense value on building strong relationships with residents and fostering a sense of connection within our community. I’m passionate about providing healthier options by modifying classic dishes without compromising flavor, promoting our residents’ enjoyment, wellbeing and longevity. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my husband and son, particularly on our family camping trips!”
While presently serving as the Business Office Director for SALMON Health and Retirement, I first joined SALMON nearly a decade ago as a receptionist. I find joy in fostering a lively workplace, ensuring efficient operations and providing HR support. I appreciate SALMON's commitment to personal and professional growth, as well as the culture of collaboration and dedication to residents.
