“The staff is very caring and helpful. They make sure my 101-year-old Mom can Zoom with us when we’re not there.”

Compassionate senior care in a comfortable and safe environment from dedicated providers, with a focus on:
Whether you need post-acute care for yourself or a loved one, Beaumont at Natick provides the support and care needed to heal. Our rehabilitation and skilled nursing community offers short-term senior care for residents after a hospitalization or injury or due to a chronic condition.
Our caregivers and staff will partner with you to determine your rehab goals, then you’ll work with a responsive team of registered therapists to achieve them. Providing highly personalized care seven days a week, they include physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs) and speech language therapists (SLPs). Additional on-site services that may be arranged include eye exams, dental services, audiology, psychiatry and podiatry.
If you have a more complex medical issue, Beaumont at Natick offers short-term stays with specialized care as you make comprehensive plans for home (VNA) services available through SALMON’s Continuum of Care.
To achieve the best outcome and earliest discharge possible, we establish, monitor and change care plans as appropriate.
Our caring and compassionate team supports your needs with a personal approach in a home-like environment.
I’m grateful to have spent many years working in health and retirement communities in a variety of positions, including resident engagement, administration and now leadership. I have a passion for working with seniors and feel fortunate to know the residents, families and staff members of this great community.
I have been a nurse for 26 years and have worked in various settings. Through my experiences, I have learned that geriatrics is my passion, and it has been rewarding to spend most of my career working with and caring for the elderly populations. Currently at SALMON, I am successfully fulfilling the role of Director of Clinical Services on ALF and Beaumont Rehabilitation. My goal is to implement policies and procedures that adhere to the state regulations and to maintain the well-being of all patients. I am delighted to work with a compassion team who are devoted to employing a “Culture Wellness” philosophy.
Our range of services are covered by a variety of sources, including but not limited to:
