Neville has held several positions with SALMON and other senior living communities over his career.
In 2000, Neville obtained his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Health Science from Worcester State University. In 2021, he earned his Master of Business Administration from Fitchburg State University.
Neville attributes his success to his experience in the health care industry at a multitude of senior living communities since 1998. Throughout the years, Neville has overseen an abundance of daily operations and family initiatives and developed a positive culture for Residents, families, and staff.

In 2017, Neville joined the SALMON community as the Executive Director of Beaumont of Worcester. Under Neville’s leadership, Beaumont of Worcester became the first COVID Recovery Center in the state of Massachusetts. Later, Neville become the Director of Campus Operations at our Westborough Campus, which gave him the opportunity to grow as a leader and oversee the day-to-day operations of a SALMON campus and ensure our staff had the resources they needed to provide exceptional care.
Neville’s transition to Chief Operating Officer will have him oversee multiple care levels in the senior living space, including independent living.

Neville lives in Worcester, Massachusetts, with his wife, Dara, and their two children, Sienna and Rourke.
