Now displayed as a gold trophy icon on Medicare’s Care Compare website, this recognition reflects our five-star overall rating and meeting additional CMS requirements for staffing and inspection performance. It gives families another helpful indicator as they explore rehabilitation and skilled nursing care for themselves or someone they love.
